Description
Weihua Suspension Overhead Crane LX Type is a light-duty lifting equipment whose main girder travels along the lower flange of an I-beam track suspended from the plant ceiling. It is typically used together with CD1 or MD1 electric hoists, with a capacity of 0.5 to 10 tons and a span of 3 to 22.5 meters. The working class is A3 to A4, making it suitable for material handling in machining, assembly, and warehouse applications.
The most notable advantage of this product is its space and cost savings. Since no ground-level support columns are required, the crane is directly suspended from the overhead structure of the building, effectively freeing up valuable floor space. This makes it particularly suitable for workshops with low headroom. Its compact structure and relatively light self-weight also reduce the load on the building structure and lower initial construction costs.
Suspension Overhead Crane LX Type uses conical brake motors for separate drive, and is equipped with safety devices such as hoisting limit switches and end limit switches for reliable operation. The detachable connection between the main girder and end carriages facilitates transportation and on-site installation. Span options are flexible, and cantilever designs can be provided to extend the working area when required.
The crane can be operated by pendant control, wireless remote control, or a combination of both, with a typical traveling speed of 20 m/min. It is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to +40°C and must not be used in flammable, explosive, or corrosive environments.
